If for any reason you need to return our lingerie, intimate costumes or sexy leather, they must be returned in the original packaging. *Unfortunately due to health issues, any thongs, panties, G-strings, men's wear, or bodystockings cannot be returned. All costs to return package will be the responsibilty of the customer. Discreet packaging
All orders will be shipped in plain packaging & the words sexy, lingerie or anything else resembling sexy lingerie will NOT appear on the outside of the box.
The only thing on the shipping label will be "Eternal Creations,Inc." (the name of the website will not appear on the outside of the box).
Shipment Confirmation
On the day that your order is shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation showing that your order was shipped & how it was shipped. If a tracking number is available, we will include that as well. We feel that it is very important to keep our customers informed as to where thier packages are. Unlike some sites that the sale is complete once they have received their payment. To check on the status of your shipment or to track it, please go to our home page and click on "Order Tracking" located at the top of the page. Once there enter your order # which you will receive upon confirmation that we have received your order and then click on update. Next to the way bill number there will be a track button, click on that and it should automatically pull up the tracking on your package. Any difficulties with this please let us know and we will do all we can to get your package tracked for you.
Multiple Suppliers
It is important you understand that we have several suppliers (this keeps our prices low). The item number will always start with a two digit number, this number represents a paticular supplier. If you order from different suppliers, you will recieve seperate packages but the order will still go out the same(ex. "overnight" or "2nd day"), they will just be in seperate discreet packages.
